MINI BEEF & QUARTER BEEF

Star Brand Beef arrives cut and wrapped in individual portions for easy preparation and serving. Steaks are cut 1″ thick and packaged individually. Roasts are 3 to 4 pounds each and packaged individually. Burger is packaged in 1 to 1.5 lb packages. The following cuts come with each mini and quarter order. Please note: amounts are estimates. Actual quantities will depend on the size of your beef.

HALF BEEF & WHOLE BEEF

I offer significant pricing breaks when ordering halves or wholes – split one with coworkers, family, or gym pals for big savings. I can package your halves or wholes as I do mini and quarter orders so it’s easy to split between “partners in dine.” You will receive the same list of cuts, just 2 to 4 times as much of each item.

GRASS FINISHED LAMB

Star Brand Lamb is raised in a family herd on open pasture with low-stress handling. As with Star Brand Beef, it is grass-finished, humanely-raised, and free from grain, GMOs, and antibiotics.

Customers have complete control over how their lamb is cut and packaged.

I am thrilled to offer humanely-raised pastured pork! This pork is not raised on 100% organic feed, but is raised with care and low-stress handling in small family groups by a local ranching family.

Customers have complete control over how their pork is cut and packaged.
