QUARTER BEEF ORDERS

Star Brand Beef arrives cut and wrapped in individual portions for easy preparation and serving. Steaks are 1″ thick and packaged individually. Roasts are 3 to 4 pounds each and packaged individually. Burger comes in 1 pound packages.

The following cuts come with each Quarter Beef order. Actual quantities will depend on the size of your beef.

Sirloin Steaks: 4 to 5
Sirloin Tip Steaks: 3 to 4

Skirt Steak: 1
Flat Iron Steak: 1
Short ribs: 10 to 14 pounds
Brisket: 1
Arm Roast: 1
Top Round Roasts: 2
Eye of Round Roast: 1
Ground Beef: 40 to 50 pounds
Stew Meat: 5 to 7 pounds

Customers who order a Half or Whole Beef have complete control over how their beef is cut and packaged, for truly special dining that will last all year. Great for families, or individuals who coordinate Partners in Dine — split a Half Beef with friends and coworkers for significant savings.

The quantity you’ll receive of each cut depends on your choices. You can get a general sense of how much you’ll receive with a Half Beef by doubling the numbers in the Quarter Order cut list above.
