CUTTING & PACKAGING FOR HALF & WHOLE BEEF
Customers who order a whole beef or a half beef have complete control over how their beef is cut and packaged.

Size Preference (Small, Medium, or Large):
Size preference is in regards to the final hanging weight of your beef order.
Half = Small: 420 – 438 lbs / Medium: 438 – 456 lbs / Large: 456 – 475 lbs
Whole = Small: 850 – 870 lbs / Medium: 870 – 885 / Large: 885 – 900 lbs
